It is important to emphasize that while lifestyle factors have been demonstrated in controlled clinical trials to significantly improve the cognitive health of study participants, these studies relied on high client compliance to the protocol and extensive monitoring by the medical professionals involved. While 4 out of 5 participants in these studies experienced improved cognition, that still leaves 1 in 5 that saw no improvement or continuing decline. In light of this, we cannot guarantee prevention, reversal or any other desired outcomes. Genetics and other currently unknown factors also play a role in Alzheimer's disease. Protocol compliance is also a major variable in the results a client may achieve, and while our coaches will work closely with clients to monitor progress, we cannot guarantee any specific results.
